2.1. This website provides services both natural and legal persons.

3.4. Datasets: Photographs of plant varieties provided in concert with other data.
3.5. Quote Offer: The offer containing the fees and details to the Customer for the provision of the Services.
3.6. Premium Datasets: Datasets provided under the “Premium” License.
3.7. Free Datasets: Datasets provided under the “Free” license.
3.8. Notebooks: Links to other annotated or combined data provided by third parties.
4. Service Provision:
4.1. The Platform hosted on the website edenlibrary.ai may be used to receive Datasets for specific plant varieties as requested by the Customer.
4.2. The Customer may select the Datasets he/she/it requires and proceed with their download.
4.3. At any rate the Datasets and their concerted data are provided on a best-effort basis.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. The Service Provider makes no representation on the quality or accuracy of the analysis provided through the Platform nor does it admit any liability thereof regarding their reliability to act upon for reasearch/analysis and/or business decision making etc.
6. Conclusion time of the services contract
6.1. When accepting via email the quote offer made by the service provider.
7. Fees
7.1. As mentioned in the Quote Offer on a case by case basis.
8. Payment methods
8.1. Via Bank Transfer
9. Right of withdrawal
9.1. In accordance with the Greek Consumer Code and applicable EU Legislation the right of withdrawal is forfeited for the provision of the services as they are digital content not provided in a tangible medium.
9.2. After the Service Provider has made it’s final Quote Offer any bank transfer made by the Customer to the Service Provider shall be final and the right of withdrawal shall be forfeited.
10. Proprietary Content of the Service Provide
10.1. The content of this website (including “look and feel”, texts, graphics, images, photographs and software) is intellectual property of the Service Provider.
10.2. It is forbidden, totally or partially, to republish and generally reproduce and broadcast the content of the website, store it in a database, broadcast in electronic or mechanical or any other form, in the original or in translation, or in other cover and modification of its form, content and development, without the written permission of the Service Provider.
10.3. The appearance of the material on the website, should in no way be understood as a transfer, licensing, or granting the right to use or exploit it.
11. Licenses for the Datasets
11.1 Eden Library License
11.1.1. Customers who receive Eden Library Datasets shall have the following rights and obligations:
11.1.1.1 Rights
11.1.1.1.1. The right to use in research or other commercially driven tasks.
11.1.1.1.2. The right to use for commercial puroses.
11.1.1.1.3. The right to annotate the datasets.
11.1.1.1.4. The right to adapt, remix or create derivative works of the datasets.
11.1.1.1.5. The right to sublicense only for use in research for natural persons within an organization.
11.1.1.1.5.1. This right shall only include use by a 100 users.
11.1.1.2 Obligations
11.1.1.2.1. The obligation to always attribute the datasets (including those that have been adapted, remixed or in any way derivative to the Datasets) to the Service Provider.
11.1.1.2.1.1. Attribution shall occur by including a watermark with wording “Eden Library” if the dataset is distributed internally or externally or if used in research documents/papers as attributed to “Eden Library”.
11.1.1.2.2. The obligation not to copy and use or upload the datasets in other open or closed access libraries (such as GitHub) like the Service Provider’s for free or for a fee.
11.1.1.2.3. The obligation not to redistribute the datasets.
12. Notebooks
12.1. The notebooks provided by the Service Provider on the Platform are in no way endorsed, maintained or advised to use by the Service Provider and are presented only as a hyperlink for use by customers.
12.2. Any Intellectual Property contained in the Notebooks is the property of their stated owner.
12.3. The security or personal data processing by the websites hosting the Notebooks is not guaranteed or provided by the Service Provider.
13. Personal Data Protection Policy

13.2. By filling in personal data on this website, you declare that you have the authority by this person, to provide them to the Service Provider.
